When will my order ship?

Items purchases from CULTUREPACE will be processed and shipped to your doorstep within 7 working days (Malaysia) and 2 to 4 weeks for international shipping after your order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region.

How much shipping cost that I have to pay (Malaysia)?

If you purchase RM250 or above, shipping will be waived. You will receive your order at any time within 7 working days (except weekends and public holidays) from the date of authorization and verification of payment, not from the date of release. After the payment is verified and authorized, it may take up to two days to process your order, so we can view your order information, process it and prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we use to ship the order.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

When an order is placed online, the buyer is responsible for duties, taxes and customs charges. These charges vary from country to country, so be sure to check your national and local fee rates for duties, taxes and customs charges in your area. If an order is refused entry to your region, you as the buyer are responsible for charges incurred in shipping.

How do I track my order?  

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days after making payment, you may contact us at with your ORDER ID to check your order status.


Items are shipped via different couriers depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer.
