When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. There will be exceptions, but in general we will processed and  shipped to your doorstep within 7 working days (Malaysia) and 2 to 4 weeks for international shipping after your order being placed. ship all orders within two business days.

How much do i have to pay for shipping?

Standard Domestic Shipping is charged at RM10.00 for orders below RM250.00 and is FREE for orders above RM250.00. 

Standard International Shipping to other countries is charged at RM80.00  for orders below RM500.00 and is FREE for orders above RM500.00. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after your credit card has been approved and the delivery address has been verified will your order be accepted and shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming shipment of your order. Should any products you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed if out-of-stock and your payment will not be processed.

How do I track my order?

We pride ourselves in processing and shipping all orders as fast as possible. Once your order has been placed, you can track your order at any time by logging into My Account and searching your recent orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain the tracking information.

How can I do an exchange?

In order to start the exchange process the customers can contact the Culturepace customer care team via email at by stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange.  Everything that purchase from our store are able to exchange except SALES ITEMS.
